Section 73
Bank May Ask For Particulars, Statistics And Documents
(1) The Bank may ask for the particulars, statistics and documents necessary for conduct of its business from the concerned bodies.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned bodies to provide the Bank with the particulars, statistics and documents asked for under Sub-section (1).
